All 6 acceptance criteria independently verified via live execution: content-based closed classification, JS-board routing to Chromium (gofractional.com, fractionaljobs.io), evidence phrases recorded, exit 1 when all URLs unreachable and exit 0 on mixed results (tested via local HTTP server), npm run build passes, mobile-audit.mjs CLI behavior unchanged after refactor. job-search-engine
